Common Requests

I cannot import a recipe

Send us the recipe URL and what you expected GetMeal to capture. Some websites block automated access or use unusual recipe markup, but we can often improve parsing.

I need to delete my account or data

Email support@getaimeal.com with the subject line:

Delete my GetMeal account

We will confirm the request and explain what data will be deleted.

I want to export my recipes

Use the export feature in the app when available. If you cannot access your account, contact support@getaimeal.com.

AI output looks wrong

Review AI-generated ingredients, cooking times, allergens, quantities, and food safety steps before cooking. Send us the recipe or plan that looked wrong so we can improve the product.

Purchase or refund help

App purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We can help identify the issue, but refunds are processed through the relevant store account.
